• Dr. Thomas Gauly steps down as operating partner, remains closely associated with the company as shareholder and in an advisory capacity

Twelve years after it was founded, Gauly Advisors GmbH (GAULY), a leading management consultancy for strategy and communications, has completed the transition from a founder-led to a partner-led company. Last year, the Managing Partners had already taken over additional shares from founder Dr. Thomas Gauly. They now jointly form the largest shareholder group. This means that the Managing Partners have the entrepreneurial leadership.

In February last year, Andreas Martin was appointed to the Management Board, which he now heads together with long-standing Managing Director Sandra Fabian. Thomas Gauly is now stepping down as an operating partner, while at the same time remaining a shareholder and closely associated with the company in an advisory capacity. This marks the successful completion of an orderly transition in GAULY's governance.
